A few years ago I was asked to participate in a leadership class at our church. During the class, we were discussing our strengths. One of the books we utilized during this process was Strength’s Finder 2.0 by Gallup.

At the end of the class, we all participated in the Strength’s Finder test at the back of the book. The results of the test showed us what our top five strengths are.

At the time, I was so confused by my results because I hadn’t really looked at myself as having a “strength” before. Especially the top strengths I do have. But now, being a few years into knowing my strengths and learning to develop them, I can see myself naturally gravitating towards them (especially the top two) when I’m working on a project or helping to develop something new and great!
